THE STONE MAINTENANCE IS COMPRISED OF THREE SEGMENTS:

1.PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:

•Protecting the interior of the stone with a penetrating sealer

•Proper walks-off entrance matting

•Understanding your stone, chemicals and procedures

2.MAINTENANCE

•Dust mopping with clean rayon mops

•Properly laundering and caring mops

•Wet mopping with a mopping program

•Repairing pits and cracks with epoxy glues

•Prompt spill pick-ups to prevent etching and staining

•Powder polishing to revive polished finishes

•Reabsorbing stains with poultice powders

3.RESTORATION

•Resurfacing the stone with diamond abrasive program to remove scratches, abrasions, and traffic patterns

•Deep cleaning the pores of honed, flamed or ground floors

•Upon request

Quartz surfaces are very easy to maintain.
The Quartz we use is coupled with high performance, stain resistant polymers – resulting in a durable, nonporous, chemical-resistant surface. Is also heat- and scratch-resistant, but not heat- and scratch-proof. Therefore, the use of a cutting board is recommended.
Of course, Quartz keeps its lustrous gloss and ultra smooth surface without polishing. Because it is nonporous, Quartz does not require sealants or waxes.
